A CASUAL SPIN ON FRINGE |
Hello friends!
You guys have been loving my blogger collabs and requested to get more. Here’s another blogger collab and this time we are taking it to New York! Yes New York with Osy of Style Diary by Osy. Osy is a full-time psychology student, a part time pharmacy technician and a part-time blogger. She spends most of her time doing one of those three things or planning and attending church events. She and I have so much in common. Talk about girl boss in action!
It feels like a majority of the fringe skirt outfits we see are all in heels for special occasions. So Osy and I decided do a relaxed, casual look in a fringe skirt. Osy went for a cute below the knee skirt that she paired with a deep v basic tee. She completed her black and white monochromatic look with this pair of Nike trainers and a simple choker necklace. Did someone mention that athleisure is quickly gaining momentum? Yup, now go check out the rest of Osy’s look on her blog. You can also connect with her on Instagram and Facebook. P.S: You need to see her hair #jealous!
You already know how much I love this custom-made fringe skirt and I promised to do a casual take on the look here. I kind of feel like we read each other’s mind because we ended up styling our fringe skirt in a similar way. Like Osy, I went for a deep v t-shirt and a pair of Converse sneakers. To complement the blue stripes on my skirt, I threw on a necklace and a matching messenger bag. Now, this is how we style a casual look that is both fun and practical. Agree? Me too ๐ Do let us know what you think about our outfit by dropping a comment below.

Love both looks. Glad you guys went casual with the skirt. I’ve definitely seen a lot of dressed up fringe looks and sneakers over heels anytime.
