March was a great month for me especially since I was able to stay well within my budget. Aside from scoring this yellow fringe sandals at an amazing price, I got my very first pair of cowboy boots.

JustFab & ShoeDazzle

SD & JF
For a while, I had been on the hunt for a nice pair of yellow shoes. I bought this lovely pointed toe sandals (worn in this wrap dress post) but I still wanted an extra pair of yellow shoes. When I spotted this yellow fringe lace up sandals from JustFab (sold out – similar), I knew it would make the perfect yellow sandals for my wardrobe. I’ve honestly lost track on the number of compliments I have gotten on them. See how I styled the fringe sandals in this analogous colors post. To top it off, the fringe sandal is super comfortable. Then, I spotted this blue hologram (sold out – exact match for $28) snake texture pumps. The different tones of color pop beyond words can describe. I plan on sharing my outfit post with this pumps soon.
Now, this girl (i.e. me) has been eyeing this faux leather fringe cowboy boots for a month. I almost bought it one time but decided to wait. I am glad that I finally mustered the courage to buy the boots. I wore it this past weekend and boy, compliments kept rolling in. Part of the motivation behind buying it was to try something different and outside my comfort zone. The boot is a perfect cross between cowboy and western elements with embroidery details. It also comes in dark blue, black, and brown colors.

Romwe

Romwe March
These are the goodies I bought from Romwe last month. I wanted an extra pair of white jeans as backup for the one I bought from Ross during Spring Break. I found this distressed denim and fell in love with it. The sizing was very off though! I’m a US 2-4 but after looking at the measurement, I went for size large. It was really tight but thankfully it’s stretchy. After putting it to work last week, the jeans has stretched out a bit. I probably would have been better off getting extra large! The long sleeve crop top (one size) felt a little small (argh! Asian sizing). On the up side, the pastel pink bow pumps which I wore to Church on Sunday fits perfectly fine and earned me a few lovely comments. I also have it in red and wore it in this red monochrome post. I haven’t worn the off shoulder crop top (size small) out yet because the weather is playing serious mind games on me but it fits nicely and is also stretchy.

Ray-Ban & Ross

Ray-Ban & Ross
This white denim from Ross (similar) was the first thing I bought from my wishlist. The quality is great and it feels comfortable on the skin. A couple months ago, I won this beautiful pair of Ray-Ban wooden glasses from a contest. It was delivered last month and since then, I’ve worn it almost everyday. A great quality sunnies is such a confidence booster and on those days when I feel like a walking-dead, it gleefully conceals my eyes and my fatigued look. This glasses is without a doubt going to be on heavy rotation!
ON MY WISHLIST

I’ve found that by keeping track (in writing) on what pieces of clothing/beauty/accessories I spend my money on, I spend less money compared to making a mental note of it. Did you get anything exciting last month? Do share in the comment section below so I can join you in the excitement. Thank you for stopping by!
