Where did this month go! Can’t believe it’s the last day of June. So what better way to end this month than with this cute blouson sleeve dress today.
I’ve always loved dresses because of how easy it is to style. This was the exact dress I wore on day two of my first ever attendance at the annual RewardStyle Conference.
Shop The Look
This year, more than previous years, I’ve particularly gravitated towards more floral prints. And this dress is no exception. The dress is available in solid red, burgundy floral, and my bluish-green floral patterns.
Although sizes are now limited, the retailer carries the dress in sizes XS to XXL. I’m wearing a size small and it runs true to size. Other than the chic blouson sleeve, I love unusually high neckline. The wide cut makes it surprisingly easy to put on this dress over your head.
There’s a button closure at the back for convenience. And a hidden side zip too. I wish this blouson sleeve dress had pockets. But I’m not upset because pockets sometimes interrupt the seamlessness of a dress.
The fabric is non-itchy and soft making it move beautifully with each footstep. However, the midi dress is unlined but not see-through. I know that might be a dealbreaker for some people.
Quality-wise, it’s a pretty good price for the money and appears to be constructed with great quality material.
I’ve worn this dress a few times since then. Once as a casual dress at home, and two times or so to church. I think it’d be a great wedding guest outfit paired with open toe sandals or pumps, a small purse or clutch, and beautiful pearl earrings as a finishing touch.
During my time in Dallas for the Conference, I paired the dress with this Victoria Emerson boho bracelet, an old pair of classic pumps (similar), and my designer inspired structured quilted bag (similar).
