Have you seen the new Hunger Games? OMG, it’s a must-watch for any thriller/action/suspense seeking person! And this photoshoot was a serious case of Hunger Games not just because of the outfit or because of the tons of questions about where I got the shoes and dress from but because of the hunger and stomach-growling that occurred en route after shooting. It’s a terrible idea to have breakfast at 2:30pm!

This hollow wiggle dress (similar) definitely puts a new meaning to the classic midi dress and it is currently on sale for $16 (almost sold out). I combined the dress with a pair of similar looking Aminah Abdul bow pumps ($265) that I bought from JustFab for $40 (talk about style-steal) which is already sold out (similar). I’m of the opinion that the more expensive bow pumps is of better substance than my affordable version (see how Stella rocked her Amina Abdul pumps HERE). This scenic location at Bellagio’s hotel is part of a 3-part series of my 4-ish day vacation in Vegas (part 1) and this outfit is a different take on this dress last worn during my very first visit to Alaska (HERE). Do you prefer this look from Vegas or the look from Alaska?

The saga continues on the search to finding the best facial products for my skin type. The past two weeks have been spent playing with this Anti-Aging Moisturizer by Foxbrim. Although I cannot see any real difference, I feel my face and is a little tighter and firmer (the best time to prevent mid-age facial sag is in your twenties). This anti-aging serum is made from 1% retinol and 100% vitamin A so those with sensitive skin can benefit from this product.*

Thanks to everyone who participated in my just concluded giveaway. The winner of the giveaway is Nikki H. As always, thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll be in touch with you soon.

  1. Yayy!! Love the shoes girl! I almost got the red ones but then thought I would be able to do more with the black ones. Love your look and hope you enjoyed Vegas!
