Hope you had a wonderful weekend? In between working on a project, my Saturday was spent in a park attending a memorial service for winter! From me, it’s a neon-filled warm welcome to spring. This explains my outfit – a beautifully embellished blazer from Sammy dress, a ‘you-must-notice-me’ neon yellow platform pumps from Shiekh Shoes, with a sapphire necklace in the form of Paris’s Eiffel tower on my neck, courtesy of Jewelry.com. Neon and pastel pieces are this season’s favorite. An easy way to style a neon piece is by combining it with solid prints that are easy on the eyes such as brown or black. The reason for this is to prevent a color disaster/riot when you have too many pop of colors that makes it difficult for the eyes to focus on one thing.
