50’s Inspired Jacquard Dress

Hello darlings, hope your weekend was nice? Mine was terrific! I had a 3-day weekend and coupled with some sunshine, it even merrier. Ever since the Like A Princess post, I’ve been yearning to bring out the inner princess in me with the help of a full tutu-like lace dress. Luckily, this dress (courtesy of Rosegal.com) did the trick for me. Given the generosity of the outfit, it was a perfect opportunity to pair this dress with a set of inexpensive opaque pantyhose. The skinny stretch belt helped define my waistline. As for those shoes, I was a minute from returning it because I wanted a brighter green color but I am glad that I didn’t. It is oh-so-lovely and that bow detail is everything. This will be a great Valentine’s Day outfit because it is sexy and playful and full/puffy skirts and dresses are currently in vogue.
