Laugh! It's contagious! Not taking myself too serious in this shot

I forgot how intense the Wyoming wind could be. I kept fighting to keep my hair out of my face =) The struggle was real! It was definitely a fun fight mixed with moments of seriousness in the hopes that the wind would just behave, it didn’t. I apologized before and I’ll apologize again for the lack of more posts. Life and school have gotten in the way. I promise to make it up to you 🙂

Here’s this fun velvet contrast dress (c/o eShakti) that I wore while on Spring Break. eShakti is an online retailer that allows you buy clothing as seen or customized to your taste in sizes 0-36W. For this dress, I traded the original cap sleeves and mid-length for elbow-length and below the knees. With the two-tone band, I chose to keep the look simple with a pair of black sandals, satin evening purse, and statement fringe bib necklace. I have a thing for colors and statement pieces but decided to go a different route with this look. Want more? Check out my lookbook for previous fun outfit posts. As always, thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll be in touch with you soon.
