Mom jeans the new mini trend? Yup! My not-so-flattering definition is “a long, high-waisted denim skirt that seats just above the belly button.” And that’s what I’m wearing today. As a fashionista on a budget, I couldn’t pass up on a $9 price tag for a mom denim (sold out, try this or this). Paired this mom jeans with my Hawes & Curtis frilled shirt for a more elegant contrast. It was still chilly on this particular day so threw in a fur puff hand warmer ($15) and completed the look with a classic nude pumps (similar $36) and a pair of  Catania Occhiali sunglasses.

I love hunting down wallet friendly alternatives to designer products. For example, I fell in love with a Jimmy Choo ($$$) tassel sandals and found an affordable alternative for $30. And this Amina Jillil $200 bow pumps for only $25 here (my look). It goes without saying that this pair of nude pumps ($39) is my affordable take to a classic Louboutin ($$$). Don’t get me wrong, I love love love brand name products but I have to live according to my means. Speaking of luxury goods, I actually just spoiled myself to rather expensive item. Take a guess! An unboxing video will be on my YouTube channel soon (join me on YouTube). Want more? Check out my Lookbook for previous outfit posts. As always, thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll be in touch with you soon.

No look is complete without a dose of vitamins. This Foxbrim vitamin c lotion is a combination of MSM (= bye bye wrinkles), green tea and of course, vitamin c which is believed to reduce wrinkle, even skin texture, and  promote skin cell turnover. I’ve only used this product a handful of times and haven’t noticed much of a difference yet. I have tried both Foxbrim retinol cream and Foxbrim hyaluronic acid serum and loved both products. Maybe I need to give this product some time before I draw a conclusion.
